Ladies sessions are a fast hard working fitness circuit designed to burn calories and tone the body whilst using boxing techniques to optimise your your general fitness.Its enjoyable it gets results and best of all you will feel great.The sessions are held at the gym every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY. from 7pm until 8pm.your first 1hr session is FREE and £10 per week there after.SO... come along see how you like it and get fit !!!!!!!!
